What happened to the "MIDI Ctrl Out (Display) Bus" setting?

Hi again, so sorry to bother you again.

I'm wondering where the MIDI Ctrl Out (Display) Bus setting went? I see it defined in the files

seq_qt5/forms/qseditoptions.ui seq_qt5/forms/qseditoptions.ui.h

But it is not available in the settings, AFAICT. I managed to get the MIDI control working both input and output, but it stopped working after a popup prompted me to do some "re-enumeration of ports" of some kind.

When compiling the newest source and starting from scratch with all control files, the midi-ctrl-out - output buss is set to 0xFF which of course doesn't work. Manually pasting the correct output buss in qseq66.ctrl gets it all working again.

That's odd. I see the control settings in both the Clock and Input tabs. The only weird thing is that, when the only port is the default MIDI Through Port-0, the drop-down showed nothing until I clicked on it.

That warning prompt at startup occurs whenever a change in available ports occurs from the previous startup (or if you click OK to allow the port set to stand as is).

There's a new "Suppress startup error messages" check-box in the Display tab. I got tired of seeing the message all the time :-D.

Anyway, while I look into updating the tooltips I'll keep this in mind.
