Sits on Loading Codes than shuts down

On my New 3DS, I placed my cheats.xml, but it jut sits on loading codes than goes to the power off menu.

I think it loads the codes to ram and the ds only has 4 mb. I read it is supposed to be 1.5 mb or lower.

You need to strip unused games from the xml file. It will either hang or take a long time to load the file otherwise.
