Crashes with generic 3DS error before even displaying anything

Been trying to get this work for a little while now. When I open NitroHax, it crashes with the generic 3DS "an error has occurred, hold power to turn system off" message. I tried using the debug CIA, I tried formatting my EmuNand and reinstalling NH - no results. Anyone know what's wrong with my 3ds? O3DS Sysnand 9.2/Emu 11.9.
