NitroHax gets stuck on white screen

After the NDS splash plays, it gets stuck on a white screen. This happens regardless of whether any cheats are enabled.

What game is it? If it is a DSi Enhanced Game it will not work. NitroHax's cart loader is old and is not compatible with TWL carts.

It's Pokemon Diamond, which is supported according to the GBATemp post.
