Yes, I agree. The older grpcio dep was because some users really wanted to be able to use older versions of tensorflow (and still run fedn in the same env)....

This one has been resolved now in develop and will be in the 0.4 release.

I can confirm this behavior (develop).

This issue affects users on Python 3.10, it is due to an update in the Flask API. Fix in PR #435

Will it / how will it work with client_settings.yaml in the base directory and not in the 'client' folder? Also, we need to rework to align with the new model...

Given the release with the python_env support, this one needs to be updated to the new client structure.
