Replace jQuery Sparklines

Sparklines is abandoned and missing critical features. New Charts should be able to:

  • work with both X and Y axis data (support time/date)
  • display stacked data
  • render very quickly
  • have a license that allows usage in open source projects for free

Can you please provide browser support list? Or last Chrome/Firefox will be good enough?

@alexeymalihin, I believe we should focus on Chrome and Firefox. If and when there will be bug reports for other browsers we can consider investing time into them.
