这种情况为啥不直接用环境变量 HTTP_PROXY HTTPS_PROXY 呢？yutto用的http client是认这些环境变量的。

同样有类似的问题，能否实现通过文件的形式传递cookie，现在每次cookie更新都要重启rsshub，每天十几次。
