Set default print template

I have a PDF generated to print on an 80mm roll, but when I send it to print, it is not on an 80mm roll. I would like to see if there is a format to define the model, or print size when I send it to print. I looked for it and couldn't find it, just giving it a try in PrintDialog and setting it to manual every time.
