Support for diacriticals (two code group style)

Something like how Mac OS does it. You type a code group for the diacritical, and then you either type a letter that it applies to, or you press space and get the diacritical by itself.

This will require coming up with code groups for all the main diacriticals. It's interesting to note that there already is a Morse code standard for this, but it re-uses the same code groups for many different diacriticals, based on which language you're speaking. Which does make sense, but requires me to put a language selector in the options. And it would limit you to doing Morse code for only one language at a time. :-P

Since I live in New Zealand, the first diacritical I want to get support for is the macron, used in the Maori language.
