IE9 - compatibility mode

I am trying to access following page in IE9. http://demo.52framework.com/demos/html5/full.html

case 1 (success) - IE9 normal View this is not a problem

case 2 (failure) - IE9 compatibility View I see a small problem here. when IE9 compatibility view, I cant at least see box "This box has a lot of shadows inside and out" under CSS3 section, the same way.

I did face same problem once with canvas object but solved it from following page. https://github.com/Modernizr/Modernizr/wiki/HTML5-Cross-Browser-Polyfills

I hope this is no nonsense :( I am quite a beginner with all this.

There can definitely be some optimization for IE9! Thanks for the detailed report.
