[REQUEST] Timer for aaTorque

Hello good, it would be great to have a stopwatch option. So you can see the time you do in each lap.

Enable lap timer in your cluster (coding in module 17) or use an app such as Harry's lap timer or race chrono, I think that'd be the better option.

It was in the old version. I might add it back eventually. My driving record is in a place where I really don't have much use for it.
