[REQUEST] Dial rotation

This is pretty much specific to Audi, it would be nice if the dials could be rotated (45 degrees anti clockwise) so that the starting position would face south and the end face east.

It would be a welcoming addition for the vehicles with a cluster like this (A3 g-tron example).
