XUnit needs to support Parameterised Test fixtures that functionally work similarly to NUnit 3 parameterised test fixtures.

XUnit should implement this feature https://docs.nunit.org/articles/nunit/writing-tests/attributes/testfixture.html#parameterized-test-fixtures in an XUnit way. Please reopen.
