Mac OS Sequoia 15.4 on M1 chip gets error "Purr-Data is damaged and can't be opened, you should move it to the bin" on install from release 2.20.0

Just as it says, I can't run Purr-Data at all from the release.

I have never worked with it before, so I'm not quite sure where the problem might be coming from (I don't know if it's an issue with my system vs the release's expectations? hardware?). I tried twice to download, install, and run the file from the release page, and both copies had the same issue. I can't run it directly from the disk image, either.

Hi, exact same issue here on an M1 Sonoma 14.7.4, "Purr-Data is damaged and can't be opened, you should move it to the bin". 2.19.3 is opening though and running okay.
