Seed with Drizzle Seed

Clear and concise description of the problem

We're using our own seed implementation along with faker.js to seed.

Suggested solution

Drizzle Seed came out - use that instead.

Alternative

1. Continue with what we have today, which works but requires maintenance / doesn't comply with best practices. This defeats the purpose of a "RealWorld example app" imo.
2. Implement seeding with service. It's a little better than what we have today but I don't think it's the best way to use Drizzle.
