Char book entries cannot be disabled

Describe the bug Disabling entries in character books does not have any effect, this is both when editing a character from the list and from the chat.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Edit a character with a character book.
2. Go to the Advanced tab in the edit pane.
3. Click Edit book button, it will open character book edit modal.
4. Disable one of the entries in the book.
5. Open the character from the character list and edit the book again.
6. Entry is still enabled.

Expected behavior Changes to the character book are saved.

I initially got confused with this bug, it's only the entry disabled/enabled state that's not working. Updated the title and description accordingly.
