Feat: Quickly assign and remove tags, delete characters, etc. in a bulk

• Same filters as the normal characters view
• An option to "add a tag" and to "remove a tag" (this could be a simple way to replace a tag, could also be a rename tag feature)
• An option to delete multiple characters at once
• An option to export multiple characters at once
