Feat: API (App Key / Secrets Management, Swagger and documentation)

This is to be clarified, but what I'm looking for:

  1. Being able to generate tokens (single scope)
  2. Being able to use them in x-api-key headers

Swagger and documentation is to restrict, or better support, making use of the API key.
