Pass along a callback to signal waterline readiness

This fixes #43. When using oidc.use middleware in a route, there is a brief moment at startup that modelling/waterline haven't finished starting up. Modelling provides a callback for that and this gives you the option to pass along your own callback through the OpenIDConnect constructor.
