Needs an index of all the tests that ran

When a build fails, I want to see an index that shows me all the tests that passed and failed, and provides links to them, so that I can quickly navigate to the failed tests.

When I am trying to understand how a feature works, I want to see an index that shows me all the tests, so that I can quickly navigate to the test that describes how my particular feature works.
