Drop support for Project64 1.6 due to vulnerability within the emulator

As documented in the following video, Project64 version 1.6 has a vulnerability that can potentially allow viruses embedded in special ROMs to be executed and damage your system. Based on this, I would recommend to drop official support for this older version and advise against its use.
