Ctrl-C in 'upload' (CLI) kills the whole program

Trying to upload to home server (I have not configured it, maybe it is an in-development option) it suggests:

Padding, encrypting and uploading 'zzzzzz.png' to home server (Ctrl-C to abort):

If I press Ctrl-C, the program says Aborted and quits.
