Update Fedora instructions to F22

System-packaged golang now seems usable. Also updated to use the new package manager, made fewer assumptions about target system configuration, and created an alias for pond, making running it again easier.

Debian has usable golang packges too. I think it built with both Jessie/stable (v1.3.3) and stretch/testing (v1.4.2). And MacPorts now works too.

We should keep a historical note since many people will have old installations.
