Feature Request: Clean unused repos

I feel like I'm missing a zcomet clean command for purging unused repos. Transitioning from zplug and I'm testing a few things, so would be handy to have a command to clear it out if I take it out of my .zshrc. Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll consider doing that. Give me a couple of weeks to get some non-Zsh work out of the way -- we'll leave this issue open as a reminder to me.
