udev rules fb.rules conflict with poky rules

DISTRO = "poky" DISTRO_VERSION = "5.1" DISTRO_CODENAME = "styhead" Compiling raspberry pi5 there is a conflict with fb.rules (udev) from udev-rules-rpi and udev-rules from psplash.

Please update to latest master it should be fixed with https://github.com/agherzan/meta-raspberrypi/commit/7494a378188f5d6330e038a5d6b9372b4aa232dd
