Spring 2024 Not Showing Up

Hey, just tried to use this for the 2024 spring registration, but I'm not seeing the option for it. Are there any plans to add that in?

On iOS Safari it downloads to `.txt` for some reason and it doesn't have a file extension on iOS Chrome
