[BUG] PCA SVD transpose missing bug

Describe the bug In the notebook 08_dimensionality_reduction.ipynb, cell 13: c1 = Vt[0] and c2 = Vt[1] should be c1 = Vt.T[0] and c2 = Vt.T[1].

To Reproduce Please copy the code that fails here, using code blocks like this:

def inverse(x):
    return 1 / x

result = inverse(0)

And if you got an exception, please copy the full stacktrace here:

  File "<stdin>", line 2, in inverse
ZeroDivisionError: division by zero
