AGENTS.md marketing link to Pluto is broken

On https://agents.md/#examples clicking the PlutoLang/Pluto tile results in a 404.

The featured example for C++ should be updated to a repo that still uses AGENTS.md.

This is because they renamed it to CONTRIBUTING.md in https://github.com/PlutoLang/Pluto/pull/1387, I agree that it should be changed

I'd like to work on this issue! I'll:

  1. Update the PlutoLang/Pluto link to reflect the correct file path (CONTRIBUTING.md)
  2. Verify the link works correctly
  3. Submit a PR with the fix
