[Question] What is the standardization process for this?

Hi folks. There are a few items that I think are game changer for adoption, like in my case https://github.com/openai/agents.md/issues/9. But its unclear what is the process in this project from idea to implementation, and what are the next steps.

Is there some kind of spec doc being created from an issue? is there a formal approval process? What about implementation afterward?

It would be interesting to have a doc about this in the repo.
