improve websocket test user interface

The websocket HTML user interface is sparse and functional. A better designed user interface would go a long way towards attracting new users since the interface may be the first thing they see at try.project-m36.io.

Skills needed:

• sense of design
• basic HTML + CSS

No Haskell ability is needed for this task.
