[Proposal] Webhook - manual trigger

It would really be nice if i could just trigger a webhook manually with a button click. I would use it to trigger a build pipeline, but want to decide myself when and not on every save event.

It would also be great if there could be dropdown menu in the top right with buttons for every manual webhook that is configured. This could also be achieved with a custom plugin, just an idea.

I'm also looking for this feature. I need to send emails to any user in the list with a button click. The button would trigger a webhook to send an email using my own api. It would be cool if you could use custom naming too.
