Can't find 'config' folder

Hi, I was trying to learn more about using cockpit for multilingual sites and saw this line in the docs. It says that there is a config folder, but I cannot find it in the downloaded files of the cockpit-master.zip

Do I have to create the /config/ folder myself also? or is this information incorrect?

yes, you need to create the config folder yourself in the cockpit root folder
