Maybe add fans to ELN2.

You could add decorative desk fan type things which would draw negligible power just for looks; but my thought is making a fan actually move stuff. This could be especially handy for things like mob spawners.

Speaking of mob spawners, it seems ELN lights prevent mob spawning regardless of their on/off state; which is a good thing normally. I had an idea to use ELN lights to disable my mob spawner when I don't want it spawning for whatever reason but I know they'll prevent it from working for good - an option to disable that spawning feature in fixtures would be nice.

Maybe there could also be industrial fans, that could do things like the fans in the Create mod?

If there'll be passive radiators then the fans could be used to make a massive cooling system
