Goes along a cable and switches off when the timer passes a red pin and switches back on when over a green pin. Set pins either by using a GUI or by holding the pins in your hand and right-clicking where you want the pin. Overvoltage on the supply side will cause the clock to tick too fast and undervoltage will cause it to slow down or even stop. If the clock becomes too off-sync, you'll have to re-adjust the timer so that it's back where it belongs. You can do this either through a GUI, or by right clicking it with a clock. It will make very quiet little ticking noises to let you know if the clock is operating properly.
