Add Discharge Bulbs

Similar idea to #167 however instead of just adding special fixtures, you add discharge lamp bulbs. So carbon arc, mercury vapor, metal halide (skipping sodium cause HPS not being yellow would be weird). These could be installed in any light fixture like a normal bulb, except the fixture would now require constant current, with the voltage of the lamp being the striking voltage, and an external ballast (such as a resistor) being required. The lamp would then have a high light output as in the original suggestion.

This does pose an issue of needing a separate ballast for each lamp if using cables. However, it may be possible to make the lamps with these bulbs act in series (basically act like a cable when connected).
