Support cursive_core 0.4

Per #11 - the API changed in cursive_core 0.4. I maintain below in Fedora, and need to package it for EPEL 10 for the newly released RHEL 10 as well; we would rather not have to maintain two cursive stacks there if possible (one based on cursive_core 0.3, one on 0.4)

Is it possible to get cursive_buffered_backend updated to work with the 0.4 API - and is there a planned release anytime soon? Thanks
