Please add "twinkle_colors" and "upLinePrompt" functions to colorTest.cpp.
I tried running colorTest.cpp in visual studio. By the way, the output screen went too fast and it was hard to see at a glance. "rang" function and output screen did not match well. So we created a "twinkle_colors" function that makes certain text twinkle so that we can easily see the color change. I used the rand and srand functions. I also used the upLinePrompt function, which allows you to go to a specific location on the console screen and re-print the text.
Hey @shin4523 I'm bit busy at the moment but there's another version of rang library in the pipeline, so I'll merge this PR with that version since the tests are gonna change slightly. Thanks for your work!

@shin4523 I can't promise a date, there are only few things pending for next version so as soon as I get some time to complete them I'll merge your code in that version :smile:
