PR #5487 implements this as well as adds hooks to be able to add functionality via plugins.
Awaiting feedback, cleaned up PR #5487 -- one developer is testing the hooks for their user case already.
Perhaps, though I also have an `s3.config.php` for my primary storage, for example.
Happy to test on a RX 6800 XT if needed.
I get this on a pixel 9 pro as well. To be honest, I thought this was just how the app was until I decided to search it.
