only dropping it when it reaches me and I'm not going too fast (most of the time after I finish the race) only tested on v15.0

This is odd :) Are you able to reproduce this reliably?

it happened 7 times and I've never seen a car get dropped away from me (they always drop on my white bar on the green line with debug layer on)
