Update Gradle and Android Gradle plugin
Implements verification of the distribution with SHA256 checksums. You must also update the "distributionSha256Sum" property every time you update Gradle version by grabbing SHA256 checksums for new version from https://gradle.org/release-checksums/

You seems to be on an update frenzy! :)
Be careful, though: updating Gradle and the Android Gradle Plugin is almost always painful. This is why I do not update them unless I have to. The most common reason to update them being a new libgdx requiring such an update. If the update does not fix any known issue, I'd rather leave those alone.
