add changelog to fdroid

could you add a link to changelog to the fdroid repository so thst you can see the changes before installing an upgrade.

I do not manage Cat Avatar Generator entry on f-droid, Boris Kraut does. I am CC-ing him.

https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/commit/0defc2e11b1831bd731bac521e9cccfb9c891bce added a changelog link to the metadata file (should be visible in the client tomorrow). However, please note that we dont show the changelog at startup or before installing: Due the varied of provided changelog formats, it's a manual process -- the user has to click on the link. We might show diffs at some point in the future, though.
