Title: Add side buttons in testimonial

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Yes, currently the testimonial has only automatic movable behavior and there are no left-right buttons to control the testimonials

Why should we add the testimonials button? Adding testimonial buttons will improve the user experience as the user has the control to move the cards and it can be handy in situations where the user hasn't read a card fully but it moved on.

Use normal html css bootstrap and javascript to implement the buttons with functionality
