Title: Change the behavior of the cards on the services section.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

1. On hovering over the cards cursor type should be changed for a better experience.
2. After clicking on another card descriptive view of the previous card should be closed to shift the focus.

Describe the solution you'd like.

1. Cursor to pointer type.
2. Zoom in the clicked card and close the previous.
