Join form is not looking good in screen less than 1200px

The join us form could be more attractive than it is appearing now for smaller screen as the form is exceeding the image next to it.

Changes Requested: the input bar lengths could be increased to the whole screen. font size for input can be slightly decresed. the font size of the heading could be decreased. the length of the form could be equated with the length of the picture .

You could also prefer adding image first then the form inputs for mobile screens
