Title: Enhance Animations for Buttons and Cards in Website

I have seen that the nav icons have very basic stylings and animations put are very static.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I can make the buttons and other relevant elements more animated and make the UI looks like someone entering a coding Platform.

Please let me handle this work and help me assigning this issue to me so i will apply my best practises and give you more advance animations in website.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

rather than simple hover effects, we can button animation with hover effects. i will use some coding fonts and theme to make it better in my practise.
