Add .torrent file creation functionality in the Motrix - as it happens Transmission.

And, allow it to be compatible with "Web Seed Torrent".

There is a progrem named Torrent File Editor. I feel it useful, and I want to add this function to Motrix just like the UI in this progrem. So, I have this. Then, what what? ...
