[BUG]: Motrix shows up on "Startup" page in task manager even after uninstalling.

Description of the bug

After uninstalling the Motrix app, it still shows up in my task manager and it showed up as enabled. I disabled it, still there. After uninstalling there is still some folders and files in AppData\Local and AppData\Roaming.

Motrix Version

v1.8.19 (latest at time of filing report). Installed using Motrix-Setup-1.8.19.exe package.

Environment

Not on linux.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Uninstall Motrix
2. Check task manager, go to startup page
3. Motrix app still there
