[Feature] Better http(s) proxy support

I'm like to use motrix for it's speed and ui, but in some networks i need proxy to use torrent connections. i'd like to see proxy list [IP:PORT] support in motrix and proxy list query feature (GET HTTP request that returns IP:PORT\n list)

I think it would be a new settings page for proxy related stuff.
