Last piece is not downloaded even though download is 100% completed

Describe the bug When downloading zip or rar files, last piece is not downloaded even when download is 100% complete. This happens with every file. I have not checked with video or audio files.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'stopped section in the app'
2. Click on 'more information' icon of completed download.
3. Navigate to '2nd tab' in task details to see the pieces information.
4. See error that the last piece is not green but black.

Expected behavior Last piece should be green if download is 100% completed.

I second this on Linux. my downloaded zip files always corrupted on motrix. But, on xdm or normal browser it looks okay.

I'm also having this issue on Windows 11 and version v1.6.11. The download gets to nearly 100% (enough that rounding to the 0.1GB shows that its finished) but then it drops from 64 connections down to zero over the course of a few minutes. The file is not quite complete it seems. Suggestions? Are there any good alternatives or recently updated forks?
