I'm pretty sure you just need to extract the auth cookies from your browser in order for it to work

I've open a PR gautamkrishnar/motrix-webextension#118 to add cookies support for motrix-webextension, and can successfully download the actual Google Drive files with Motrix. Demo

You may build & try it on your own.
